Love’s Labor’s Lost the Musical

In the spring of 2025, I served as the Props Supervisor for the musical Love’s Labor’s Lost, directed by Christine O’Grady Roberts and designed by Rachel Olson. This production presented unique challenges due to its extensive prop requirements and limited budget. Many of the show’s elements featured distinctive furniture and set dressings, which required consistent communication with vendors and subsequent modification in the shop to align with Rachel’s design vision. Christine was highly engaged in the design process, and I collaborated closely with her during rehearsals and technical runs to improve the functionality and efficiency of prop use. Because much of the production consisted of fast-paced, comedic scenes that relied on precise prop timing, attention to detail and adaptability were essential.
